androstene? do i have to eat alot more than 2000cals?

you have to eat the amount of cals to get what you want. if that is growth, then you eat a bit more than what your body requires in a day. 2000 is not a magic number for all people of the world. you have to find out what your body requires in a day and up it from there, adjusting your protein intake etc for your goal.
normally andro is to be taken daily. did you read the directions? once a week wont cut it, neither will 2 or 3x for that matter.
i would suggest hitting up some basic nutrition books to get your diet down before you just randomly take andro and expect to grow. if your diet is not understood and in place, all the andro in the world cant help you.
