Creatine Loss???

alright all i started taking creatine today but after i take the creatine and drink alot of water i piss like crazy for like ever im scared that i will piss out all the creatine i just took in??? anyone have any info for me about the topic?!

Dude dont worry about it....it doesnt work that way. Creatine will get absorbed into your body, so dont worry about pissing it out. The more water you drink while on it the better. Keep doin the same thing your doin and you should be all good.
