Protien Challange

Hey Guys,

I just heard from one of the pro's in my local gym about the Protien Challange. The body builders there claim that drinking a 20-25 gram protien shake every 2 hours for 1 month will significantly increase your size and muscle mass.

Any truth to this, or is it just another supposed hype.
 
well your supposed to get a small serving of protein every 2-3 hours anyway, you could use shakes or real food doesn't matter too much.

I think it would only produce good results in someone who is not 100% on thier diet.
