My Diet

Asian Dawn

I'm currently 5'7" tall, 155lbs. Bodyfat at 14%.
Weight Lift three times a week
Cardio three times a week, 1hr per session.

Breakfast 8:00am
Myoplex Duluxe and Oatmeal

Snack 10:30am
Meso-Tech bar

Workout

luch 1:30pm
Fish, turkey, or chicken with some rice and salad-no dressing. Flax seed oil pills

Snack 4:00pm
Myopkex Low cars

Dinner 6:30pm
Round steak, chicken or salmon, salad and rice. Flax see oil pills

My goal is to keep my current body weight, and to lose bodyfat.

Any suggestions would be great.

Cut the Rice during dinner !
Don't eat carb at night ... I immediately reduce bodyfat just by cutting carb.

Like I eat bacon and scrambled eggs (microwave) ... no rice no bread ....

Keep the flax oil....

Also do intense cardio ... high-intensity burns fat
 
I use to do cardio four times a week at 45 min in the morning on an emtpy stomach. I now do 1 hr in the monring on an empty stomach three times a week.

I'm asian, I need rice. But your right, I need to cut back on my carbs during dinner.
