i can relate with you bro,i work a 7 day swing shift.day shift 7 days 8 hrs day then 2 days off,second shift 7 days then 4 days off,then 3rd shift 7 days 3 days off.its hell for me when i change shifts.i almost always drink protien powder before bed,and i have my egg whites and oatmeal,fruit upon wakeing.sometimes at 10pm,sometimes 2pm,and sometimes i get to have breakfast in the morning.it sucks but pays the bills.
