Milk subsitute for protein

fit_kitten

New member
I am allergic to dairy, symptoms are pretty gross and inhibit maximum performance when doing cardio.

What is another subsititute....Peanuts/nuts are one...

do u mean protein in general. peanuts/nuts can be high in fat so not so great.
are u lactose intolerant, try lacvtose free milk if so. or maybe soya milk, i have heard good things about it.

you can get protein from lots of different sources thogh...meat, protein shakes (whey), tofu, quorn if veg.

I am not lactose intolerant, I have an actual allergy to milk. I have tried soy milks, rice milks, lactose free milk and still get the same issues.

Thanks for that advise regarding proteins. I was looking for high protein snacks that have no milk content.
