YO!! whats the secret to get ripped and stay ripped. a ? for the nattys

i know this is like a anobolic board BUTT!!!! when you'RE off cycle what do you do to get leaner

do you do the conventional low carb to dial in the shredded abs

or do you do somethin crazy or a SECRET diet method like eating nothing but eggwhites and salad

or i know one jack at the gym the gets deep cuts from just eating a jar of jiffy peenit butter a day:nopity:
 
i dont go low carb ever natural or not..

i just stay very active.. i generally lift 3x a week and train 4-5 times a week..

so long as i am not eating fast food or junk food at nite i can keep the six pack no problems !!!

its dedication.. that is the secret to getting ripped..
 
calories in must be less than calories burned. This is the simple formula. However, the type of weight lost also depends on the type of calories youi take in. I would not reccomend going less that 50 grams of carbs a day. With a good balanace of carbs, fats and protein, you should be able to see those abs.
Of course, higher amounts of protein should be taken when carbs are being lowered.
