anyone experience this? i have the weirdest cramps and tightness in my muscles now that i've been off for 3 weeks... most notably in my tri's where i can feel the muscle popping over to the outside when i do dips.. and then after a workout when i stretch.. holy fuck they hurt... tight as hell..
the same goes with the legs.. muscles moving/shifting when i sit or stand..
i stretch good.. what's going on?
