Would injecting estrodiol in females increase breast size?

Yes, although Progesterone and Prolactin are also involved .
Estrogen will increase stromal tissue and fat deposition in the breast.It would take some high doses to achieve that ( like pregnancy concentrations) and since it would reverse upon discontinuation and would also cause some sides I´d say it doesn´t work.
