wisdom tooth removal with sarms

I’m currently doing an lgd4033 10mg a day cycle. It was supposed to be for 12 weeks
a few nights ago I could not sleep and went to the dentist cause my teeth hurt. He said I have to get my wisdom tooth out asap and will need surgery. What do I do here and should I tell him I’m on sarms?

sarms have nothing to do with your teeth

just get the wisdom teeth removed and dont take your sarms that day just to be on the safe side
