Winter is here, what can we do to Increase our Immunity?

I'm at the beginning of a new program, but have caught a cold. What can be done/taken to get my immunity to the max, every winter I seem to get a cold or flu, I don't want this crap to interfere with my training, this cold already is making my workouts worse. What do the pros do?
 
ALA, possibly Milk Thistle but not too sure about it, Grapeseed, and l-glutamine. Other than that vitamins and minerals.

If you feel like you're coming down w/ a cold, one of the most effective supplements i take to knock it 0ut is Echinacea. Very effective.
 
Lots of testosterone. Exogenous test blocks the effects of the cortisone hormones which downgrade the immune system.

primo has been shown to boost, test can lower it.
this is just what i have read.(not on posts, but in books etc...)
