winter cycle critique/ workout suggestion

im going to run a 12 wk cycle starting today actually and i have all gear/pct on hand and im ready to go!
cycle consists:
test E 1-12 500mg 1/wk
helladrol 1/cap e.d wk 1-4
Tren A 75mg eod wk 6-11,12
and running hcg 500iu's 2x wk wks 6-10,11
and i feel my diet is in check, so heres my workout that ive made up.. looking to bulk up pretty heavy this winter w calorie intake around 4-5000 Cals.
the workout is set to go 12 wks and will change every 8 days as following wk 1 would be wk 3 and wk 2 wld become wk 4 so on and so fourth.
comments and suggestions please!
