what's up guys, I'm looking to run some winstrol for cutting and hardness , but I wonder if winstrol would give me results at 16% of BF which where I'm at right now, thank you.

I can't see the point. Let's imagine you got harder - and what, with 16% fat covering it, would you see?

I wouldn't run winny until you were closer to sub 10% body fat. You wont notice much from it at 16% body fat.

you need to cut down on body fat to be ripped. winny will only dry you out
