Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Hey Guys I recently got my hands on 200 tabs,10mg Winstrol winthrop. I was going to do a cycle of this at 40mg a day for 7 weeks. I know that I will not expect huge gains from this but I was wondering how and when I should divide the tabs through out the day. With Meals? 4times aday take a tab?

You could use the winstrol with anavar as outlined in the article or just by itself.
For the most stable blood hormone levels, it is always best to split up your daily dosage into multiple dosages throughout the day. If you are using 4 10mg tablets per day, an easy way to do that would be to take 1 pill with breakfast, your pre workout meal, post workout meal and dinner.
