On winny/test .. pumps are SO BAD I can't jog.. please help

I try to go jogging and I get a pump so bad in my calves that I have to stop. It is NUMBING.. I have to stop. I am usually good about intense pumps, but these are INSANE... is ther anything I can do ??

Screw that, I've done fina/winny, and it don't EVEN compare to dbol. That shit is pump city. I couldn't walk to the fridge without taking a break because of the pumps.

bump for i guess theres not a answer to pumps that SUCK (i never thought i'd say that)

musclebones, simply put many AAS cause increased red blood cell count which in turn increases pumps. There relly isnt anything you can do about it but grin and bear it
