Does winny help with cardio at all? I know alot of sprinters use it but I dont think its supposed to improve endurance right?

its definitely not going to help with endurance, thats for sure... sprinters only us it for explosiveness and power... its has NO direct effect on speed and DEFINITELY NOT endurance.... im a distance runner and winstrol is one of my favorite steroids and trust me, it has never helped me with any sort of endurance but it did hurt it the longer into the cycle i got because of the toxicity causing lethargy...
