50mgs eod in the ass. VS taking it orally squirting it in my mouth.
If I take orally is 50 mgs eod enough or should I go with 100?

As above and more - I used to shoot winny in the biceps and triceps as an experiment but you can shoot it anywhere. It all comes down to the is spot shooting of any benefit? When I did it, it was as an experiment...

One thing with winstrol (however u take in - intramuscular or swallowing) due to its half ife should be taken daily not eod but you can take it every other day but during the days you do not take it, it will be of not benefit.

For best effects, take it 2-3 times daily.

ive done fine on 50mg eod before matter of opinion and trial and error, everybody is different , hurts joints anyway but it cuts you and you never get gassed on it
