If the test levels are above what is considered normal ( est. 3:1 ratio ) then yes , otherwise no.

HCG can be detected, and can also screw the test/ep ratio. Ben Johnson was nabbed the second time for a skewed test/ep ratio (leading to his permanent suspension) because he shot HCG that he had been told was HGH.
Clomid is not tested for.
