The single best steroid to lower SHBG is proviron.

3,4 Divanillyltetrahydrofuran (the active compound of the stinging nettle root) is the best over the counter supplement you can use to lower SHBG.

It's found in HCGenerate from n2bm.com as @stevesmi suggested. I am not sure off the top of my head any other products that contain it. I haven't seen any.
