who here has high hemoglobin levels?

normal is from 32-50, my are running around 52 and this time 57. Of course I'm on HRT therapy and androgen causes the kidneys to produce EPO which causes higher red blood cells(thanks massive). Of course my doctor being a doctor is all worried and wants to me to go waste my time seeing an onconlogist or hematologist. I say just donate blood every month and forget about it.
I guess I'm trying to find out what is really considered high?
