where to get blood work

What's up guys I want to get BW before my cycle and the only doctor I know is our family doctor and I want to keep this on my own, I was wondering where else I can without going to a doctor and with out medical insurance I live in the east cost of USA so please let me any trustable and clean lab that you know about, my second questions if which type of blood test do I have to take specifically , as I understand they have a Hormones test, the CMP which I believe is kidney values , blood counts and the total test values , or maybe all of them thank you guys.
