Where do you shoot when you do a delt shot? front? rear part? just stab it?

Ive been doing delt shots lately and have been wondering where you guys shoot mostly in your delts? Front part? rear? or just in the middle?Ive been wanting to try shooting in the front.

in the side. Front is difficult, you can hurt yourself. Back is not funny trying to reach there.

Stick to the lateral head, the front contains to many veins and arterys.

do the side, cause that is the one that makes u looks the biggest anyway. uh oh here comes the localized growth debate . i have done my rear a few times, just have my girl do it. no way i can reach it.

If your finding it hard to hit the side sit on the floor with your arm on the bed or chair and it's easier. Or you can go down the top of the laterial head another easy way.

i go in the front part of the middle delt. i go in at about a 45 degree angle.
