When does Test E actually take effect?

i agree with balboa270 I'm on my first cycle and I'm on my 4th week and i don't really feel it maybe a little hardness but who know mine could be underdose or none at all i guess we will see in 4 more weeks

I feel it immediately in some form or another. I think a lot confuse feeling it with noticing gains. I feel it right away.
