Whats a good stack to take ?

Whats a good stack to take for someone on Bloodpressure pills , and cholestrol pills (25 mg atenol, 5mg norvasc, 10 mg zetia )

I need to do somthing but i dont know what is going to interfear with my meds.


please help
 
Just about any anabolic is going to hurt your lipid profiles and is likely to raise your blood pressure too.

I'd say AAS is not an option for you. Not unless you can find a doctor willing to monitor you through the process.

What does your training background look like?
What's your diet look like?
What are your stats?

well i have been working out for 1 year 6 months i work out 5-6 days a week 2 hours a day i been working out since i am 19 all my life on and off this is the most steady

my diet is alittle crappy but i try to stay on a low fat but its not easy .

stats? like bench and stuff i bench 300 pds like 2-3 times
i can hold my own if thats what ya mean?

i am 5.10 195 pds i really wanna cut up lil more and get lil more size

I would recommend getting the diet cleaned up first, make sure you're getting enough protien and enough rest. If the diet is crappy and you clean it up you will see some progress towards your goals if you're not at your natural max weight & strength.
