what's this lump?

My last cycle I used sustanon. Now 3 months later I am using it again with deca, I have only gone two weeks with two shots of sust and one shot of deca. I noticed soreness in my nipple 3 days ago and yesterday I noticed a lump and it is sore, its about 3/4 the size of a dime. I did take one 20mg of novladex one day before I noticed the lump. I saw a doctor(didn't tell her I was on the stuff)she said it could be from stress or caffiene. I am going to see a surgeon on monday because the doc didn't know much. Could it be the start of gyno, a sist, I am a little freaked! Does anyone know what this might be.
