flaxseed oil (30ml a day)
Fish oils (4ml a day)
cranberry (500ml after training)
whey protein (150g a day)
creatine (5g)
garlic (2 a day)
magnesium (250mg)
potassium (300mg)
what else is beneficial to health? running tren and test..
any proven herbs or otc products i could buy to help with liver, cholesterol, bp, prostate, etc as a preventitive measure??
