What is a good Nolvadex dosage??

The dreaded gyno is back again after nearly 4 weeks into my cycle. (I don't understand why it always happens under my right nipple?????? and not the left one )

anyway, what is a good basic Nolvadex dosage. I also wanna use it to get rid of some of my d-bol bloat!

Is 10mg a day sufficient?

Take 40mg/day till the symptoms go away then go to 20mg/day till the end of your cycle. For a few weeks after your cycle I would still take 10-20mg/day just incase of rebound.
