hey... it seems everyone i ask don't actually know what toning does, so now im asking you guys...
do you know? does it change your physical appearance?
im on a bulking diet right now (cos im a puney shit - too skinny ) so im eating a lot of protien etc. and doing a lot of weightlifting...
should i be toning? or just keep doing what im doing now, doing heavy weights
