absolutely, completely agree... people dont understand nor care about what they are eating in so many circumstances... i cant believe the lack of care and/or knowledge on things being put in their body...

I work in the bread business and trust me, if you are not gluten intolerant/sensitive, there is a LOT more to worry about besides gluten.
