8 week bulking

testovis prop 100mg (10ml/wk) 1000mg - 8weeks
zaria npp 100mg (6ml/wk) 600mg - 8weeks
rohm equipoise 300 (2ml/wk) 600mg - 8weeks
lyka labs dianabol (50mg/ed) - 6weeks
genetropin hgh (4iu/eod) - 8weeks
pro-chen arimidex (1tab/ed) - 8weeks

weeks 6-8 hcg 1 2500iu every 5th day

pct (1 week after last injection)

hcg: 1 5000iu every 5th day (3 shots last 2 weeks)
clomid: 1st week 300mg/ed, 2nd week 200mg/ed, 3rd week 100mg/ed and 4th week 50mg/ed
nolvadex: 1st week 40mg/ed, 2nd week 40mg/ed, 3rd week 20mg/ed and 4th week 20mg/ed

my diet is going to be very strict for bulking cycle this is my diet:

Meal 1: 6 eggs and 1 cup of oatmeal
meal 2: Meal replacement drink with liquid carbo drink
meal 3: 8oz of chicken or turkey with 1 cup of nuts and rice
meal 4: Same as meal 2
meal 5: 8oz red meat with salad and 2 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 baked potatoe
meal 6: Same as meal 3
meal 7: Same as meal 2
meal 8: 6 eggs

drinking 4 litres of water a day
 
Starch - bread, cereal, potatoes, pasta, rice, and legumes (dried peas and beans)

Fiber - bran, whole-grain foods, raw vegetables and fruit (especially the seeds and skins), legumes, nuts, seeds and popcorn

maybe add some trib into your PCT @ 3+ grams a day
and hcg throughout as per Swales HCG protocol (250 ius twice per week) vs. doing it as you laid out.

whats your age, height, weight and cycle exp.?
 
height 6ft, weight 18stone have been training 7 years now and also have done many cycles.
