If you're looking to burn just fat what do you eat before and after cardio?
Before cardio eat nothing? Or ingest 20gm of a protein shake to save muscle?
After cardio only drink water for an hour afterwards? Or drink some simple carbs with extra water to replenish the glycogen that you've lost?
