What to do?

What do you do when your on cycle but you have no appetite and keep getting sick. What can i do to stopping this from happening ?

the real question i have is why are you getting sick and what do you mean by sick.

There are many factors. My guess is your not getting enough sleep like most people on this planet.

You need to try and figure out why you're always sick. That's not normal.

How is your diet? How are your stress levels? Sleep?

I would stop the cycle. If it is making you feel this way then how is that beneficial?
