Fina is great, Winny, EQ, Clen, T3. DNP is good for fat loss but nothing else....
Fina is useful at 50-75mg/day
Winny is commonly taken in 50mg/day dosages
EQ 400mg/week
Clen start at- 60mcg...spread over 3 doses...8am....12pm.....4pm.....second day go up to 80mcg...8am..11am..3pm..6pm...ect....find the dosage you can handle...no more than 6 per day should be needed
