I was actually thinking of throwing another oral in at the end. I have some 19-Tren TFO lying around so I was thinking it might be perfect. Its non-methyl and suppose to be good for hardening up and fat burning.

best idea yet then you bulk and cut in one cycle you will put on size while burning fat on any form of tren :evil:
 
UPDATE--------weighed in at 206 today. Up 6 pounds since monday. Cant complain about that

Shoulders & Traps today

Seated DB Press: 50x10, 60x10, 70x10, 75x10, 85x8, 95x7
One-Arm Side Laterals: 20x8, 25x8, 30x8, 35x8
Incline Bench Rear Lateral with DB's: 15x10, 15x10, 20x8, 20x8, 20x10
Behind Back One-Arm Cable Laterals: 30x10, 30x10, 40x8
Face-Down Incline Bench Front Raises: 7's with 60 sec. rest between sets 15x10, 20x8, 20x8,20x8,20x8,20x8,20x10

Traps
DB Shrugs: 75x10, 80x10, 100x10, 120x10
Barbell Shrugs: 135x10, 185x10, 235x8, 235x8


I noticed I was stronger than last shoulder workout and my endurance has increased slightly as well. Pumps are getting better. But its only day 4 so Im assuming the pumps will become even more pronounced by next week. Never ran Dbol before, but up 6 pounds in 4 days....im expecting big things. Granted im sure its mostly water weight at this point. I am looking fuller already though so we'll see.

Dbol works absolute miracles for some people, If you hit your PCT right, which i have no doubt you will, you can expect to keep nearly all your gains.

6 lbs a week x 6 weeks = 36lbs increase? LOL I know it will vary. But we can all hope :D

Ya that would be nice. lol But hopefully I dont start gettin MOON FACE. I dont want too much water retention. I have been running Forma 5 pumps pm/daily so we'll see how it goes, I can always increase dosage.
 
Honestly I have run dbol(Naps and Anabol) since my second cycle and I have never really gotten the moon face with it.....only do I start to get the moon face when Deca is introduced does the full moon come out.
 
Nice workout bro. Great numbers. I've never ran dbol so of you can monitor and log interesting things you notice from doing it. That would be great. I think my next cycle might just be a good ol test and dbol.

I forgot my gym closes an hour early today. So I didnt get to do my whole scheduled workout for quads today. But I felt like I had a decent workout anyway. I never consistently train legs, so I figure it was still better than nothing. But Im actually starting to like training legs and loving these FRONT SQUATS. So next leg workout will have a few other exercises thrown in for quads.

Tomorrow is ARM DAY. Super f-in excited about tomorrow. Gonna get a crazy pump goin on. Hell yeah!!! lol stay tuned. Thanks for stoppin by guys

Had a F-in CRAZY pump. Looked pretty Massive. Early workout for me today and weighed in at 207 with one meal in me. So thats good. I should be at least 210 by the end of next week. Hoping to see at least 220 on the scale before the DBOL is dropped.


QUESTION!!!!!!!
For those of you that have ran D-bol, what happens to the strength gains once you drop it? I mean im running 500mg/test per week. Can I expect to keep getting stronger once I drop the dbol, or does the strength usually drop off?
 
Strength didn't drop. But noticeable water weight loss, roundness from muscles, specifically Bicep lost.

Dropped 5lbs at the end of the cycle. Although considering it was over 20lb gain it's fine. But 100% kept all lift increases.
