ways of lowering hemoglobin

Hi guys I have been on trt for 9 months and my hemoglobin levels are very high, any idea what to take to lower them?
Some people told me donating blood, so I will try that, but if you can recommend me like a combo of supplements, it will highly appreciated.

@stevesmi has pretty much given you the only alternatives there are to reduce the RBC count. Giving blood is very effective, and it is a very good thing to do for others as well.

Giving blood is by far the most effective way to lower hemoglobin.

Giving blood is extremely healthy. It's almost like giving your body a good 'spring cleaning'

I recommend giving blood every 8-12 weeks on cycle and every 12-16 weeks off cycle.

n2guard and donate blood every 6 weeks

This is exactly what I would recommend. I use N2Guard year round and when on cycle donate as much as possible. Where I give blood I am required to wait 45 days before going back.
