I am current'y 23, 6'3 300lb in NC and trying to grow massive in muscle

My stats are 6'3, 300-310lb 19"a 52"c 30"t 39"w

I am seeking to get to around 375-400lb of FREAKY MASSIVE MUSCLE with 23"a 60"c. It may sound out of proportion, but all I am trying to do is get seriously massive in muscle thorugh workout, supplementation, Growth Hormone, and whatever it takes to get into that huge monster of mass and muscle.
