A blender is always best. You can mix it in a cup but it'll take some work. You might be better off getting one of those portable single mix blenders.

Yea you're absolutely right. I read on the other page that its because of mad cow.......still doesn't make much sense to me why you would allow a certain percent of egg as if 10% egg protein couldnt contain prions but 11% could lol
