Gentlemen, I did my first smart-planned bulking cycle at the begining of this year. It was Sustanon/Dbol/Durabolin/Winstrol/t3... January 10 - April 10... from April 11 I started diet and cutting routine for 4 weeks... with a little help of clen/t3/dnp... I'm 209lbs at most recent pics...
At the begining of this period of my life (friendship with bodybuilding) I was real fat ass. It was 7 years ago when I started to workout. I was 200 lbs of fat Well, hope it will do I've changed a little.

My targets at the moment:
1. to lower bodyfat
2. more upper back
