I absolutely loathe using the phone because 98% of the time the person on the other end of the phone calls me "ma'am". If I try to force my voice lower I sound like an idiot. Am thinking surgery is my only answer.

Anyone else have this problem?

Does extra testosterone tablets or steroids work?

Dude why don't you take singing lessons. It helped me control my tonality and no i am not joking.

Testosterone injections: this one of the most talked about way to deepen your voice. It is not really a training to deepen your voice but involve the taking of Testosterone injections. Now while this method might actually work, the side effects could be horrible and it will take a long time for you to start getting any meaningful results.
