it depends on the reason for your issues...

Is your issue due to low test, improper estrogen level, lack of blood flow, use of BP meds, prostate problems? Is it mental issue...with tons of people it is stress related.

Without knowing the cause of your issue no one can tell you the best fix. Many DR throw Viagra at the issue because they don't want to have to deal with finding out the cause...

Do yourself a favor go to a DR willing to find out the cause and then get a fix that is specifically for that cause.
