If you get some slight swelling from being a fool, does this mean that the nipple is NEVER the same again, even once you get it down either with sheer time or nolvadex?
Im not sure I understand your question, but if they are puffy it may be just fat under the nip, its when you feel a lump is when its gyno and if you can catch it fast enough you can reverse it or at least make it not noticeable.
Yea if you catch it while it's small enough you can get it to go down and keep it in control. Something like aromasin would be a great thing to add right about now.
Now if it's past the point of no return then you're fucked. I have a small lump on my left side that is not noticeable but you can feel the lump. I alway's have to be on a nice anti-e during every cycle to keep the thing in check.
