Which AS increases vascularity the most?

Winstrol, but it won't do much unless you have a low bf%. That's when vascularity really comes in.

I have 8%bf, never done a cycle, do alot of cardio and I'm thinking about doing a cycle of just one AS (bc they are so hard to get) I love the vascular look so would like to enhance that as much as possible. Which ONE AS would you recommend?

Awesome vascularity really is a product of BF%...so your pursuit of ONE steroid is not sound. First of all, you probably ought to consider doing a cycle to help enhance muscle growth a good test, combined with EQ. You will feel strength gains, thus increasing muscle mass, and if you can maintain that 8% BF through it all, you are going to see increased vascularity.

Genetics and low bodyfat. As for chemical help nothing I have used has helped with vascularity more then eq.
