everyone says I should be closer to 10% body fat before I use steroids so I'm looking at cut down using ostarine mk-2866
my current body fat is about 18%
I'm 5 foot 8 and 178 lb
with 25 mg a day for 12 weeks do the trick you think or should I run something else
