urgent , gyno on tren/test p

guys , my buddy s doing the same cycle as me tren and test P but it seems he has a small lump under his nipple,
he started taking 1.25mg letro eod and 20 mg ed today, my question is:
will it help to stop the cycle right away,
how long should he wait for it to clear up before seeking medical help.

I would keep doint the letro and throw in some brom or prami stat. I would quit taking the tren completely till the nips quit being irritated.
