URGENT> PLEASE READ>Tore tricep tendon

I tore my tricep tendon and had a surgery to repair it. They said that I would never be able to powerlift again. So I talked to a specialist and he decided to take an achilles tendon with the heel bone attached out of a cadaver and replace my torn tendon. This was done after 2 previous surgerys. They removed the last 1.5'' of my ulna as it goes into the elbow. Took the heel bone and shaped it the same shape as my ulna and screwed in into my forearm. Then took the achilles tendon pulled it up under my tricep, sewed it to the back of the muscle, pulled the tendon to the outside and sewed it to my tricep tendon. Then drilled it to the heel bone and then to my ulna. I had this surgery 3 weeks ago and I was only out of the gym for 16 days. I need advice on what i should take to rehab it and what exercises I should do to rehab it. Please list any supplements and anabolics or hormones that I should use to rehab and any exercises too.

Thanks,

i say no roids right now, when you can go back in the gym deca and winny is good with some test also gh in there would be nice too....do that when you can hit the weights.

Sorry to hear about what happend, that would reallt hamper someone's training. I am not sure of any exersizes that would help but you could start on a low dose of Test or Deca as I have always read that AAS speeds up the healing process. Good luck bro

Gear will not in any way help or speed up your recovery. It will only give you a false sense of strength and lead to another tear. I've been there and done all of that. Take your time and let it heal. I've spent almost 3 yrs recovering from a nasty pec tear that could have been 100% if I would have had the patience to wait it out. Your case is extreme as they used basically an artificial tendon. It must heal at 2 locations. Do what your doc and PT tell you to do and nothing more.
