Currently on week 3 of a 16 weeker, going well so far..
Running 100mg prop ED and 500mg Tren per week.. plan is to run the prop for the whole 16 weeks and drop the Tren after 10 weeks..
Would would u advise from week 10-16? Up the prop dose or add another compound in?
First time I have gone past a 12 week cycle.. How do you guys continue to make gains for longer periods of time?
It is logical to expect to make gains for the whole 16 weeks? Calories will be monitored and adjusted every other week?
Receptor down regulation - is there such a thing?
