Shoulder Day:

Lateral Raises: 3 sets of 15 @ 45 lbs / 1 set of 13 @ 50 lbs

Front raises: 4 sets of 15 @ 35 lbs

Rear delt Flys: 4 sets of 20 @ 20 lbs

Trap bar shrugs: 1 set of 30 at 190 lbs, 4 sets of 8 at 280 Lbs

Wide grip Barbell front raises: 4 sets of 12 @ 50 lbs



Diet:
Off of Clen

Breakfast: Yogart and Banana

Lunch 1: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Lunch 2: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Dinner: Bacon Cheeseburger w/french fries and all the letuce, tomator, pickle, onion...

Snack: Cheese and crackers

Pretty good day, was alone in the gym and able to get into my head space for my workout which always feels good.

Since I do not count macros I avoid fats as a general rule to keep calories low. I have no intention of being a 240 lb monster. I'm in the 180's now and would love to get to 175 lbs and maintain that under 10% body fat.

As for Cardio I am on my feet all day at work and constantly moving even when I get home. I just am not wired to sit still. Took a Yoga class once and it got me so energy bound that I had to give the wife the car keys and job the 10 miles home.

Arm day:

DB twisting curls: 1 set of 20 @25 lbs, 1 set of 15 @35 lbs, 1 set of 12 @45 lbs, 3 sets of 8 @50 lbs

Skull Crushers: 5 sets of 12 @80 lbs

Preacher curls: 4 sets of 8 @40 lbs

Rope cable pull downs: 4 sets of 15 @ 10 plates

Barbell burn outs: 45 lbs 10 going 1/2 up, 10 going from half up to full up, 10 full reps. Did this 4 times.



Diet:

Breakfast: Yogart

Morning snack: Banana

Lunch 1: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Lunch 2: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Dinner: Chili with cheese and crackers

Snack: salad

Poor night's sleep coming into the day. Overall, the day went well.

Starting to develop my plan for shoulder recovery. Once I am released from gym restrictions, I plan to blast test at 400 mg for 4 weeks in order to try and take advantage of muscle memory then I ordered Odin Megacut 320 and will inject 0.5 ml every other day and mix in 0.25 ml of test cyp 200 to keep my test levels more regulated as the test Acetate won't be keeping me very steady at every other day. Ordered through Domestic-Supply and will see if I get good product. Wife also wants to try Primo, so we ordered that as well and test kits to verify purity and quality before we start injecting that into her. Might run her a mini log in the female section as she wants to cruise 50 mg of Primo a week and blast 10 mg of Anavar 4 weeks on 4 weeks off.

Leg day:

Front squats with Front squat bar - 1 set at 70 lbs for 10 reps, 1 set @ 160 lbs for 10 reps, 1 set @ 210 lbs for 6 reps, 3 sets @ 280 lbs for 5 reps

Hip thrusts with Pause at the top - 3 sets of 12 @ 225 lbs

Straight leg dead lifts - 3 sets of 6 @ 225 lbs

Leg Press - 3 sets of 20 with sled + 270 lbs

Seated calve rasises - 3 sets of 20 with 90 lbs


Diet:

Breakfast: Yogart

Morning snack: Banana

Lunch 1: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Lunch 2: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Dinner: Steak and Asparagus with side salad

Good night of sleep. Issues with getting into my workout but did it anyway.
