TRT and Cycling

Hey guys. 1st some backgroun info. I'm 34 years old. I've been on about a 8 month cycle. The rist 3 months I was running 500mgs of Test. The last 5 months I've been running about 250mgs and switching in compounds at low doses. I ran Tren for 8 weeks at 50mgs ED. Now I'm running masteron at 400mgs ew.

My doctor now says he's going to put me on TRT and 125mgs EW. I'm just curious how I would cycle on TRT. Apply same principles Time On = Time Off?

Also curious if I'll be less responsive to gear or will need higher doses? I've never ran test over 500mgs. Maybe I should bump it up to 750mgs?

If you're on right now, how does the doctor figure you need to be on TRT? Did he test you while you were still on? Do you legitimately have low natural test?
