Trt blast

On TRT now 11ish months. Have had bloods done 3 times in this period each time looking perfect. Even HCT stays at 46% which is great! Issue is I cut for 3 months and dropped from 210 20% bodyfat to 185 9ish%. Results were awesome and I’m sure TRT played a big role. Now I had planned a blast so I got everything all set to go and slowly started upping my calories until I hit 4000 daily. Eating 100% clean was getting tedious so I started throwing in a pint of those “healthy choice” ice cremes every night and some natural potato chips. Thing is I have been eating at 4K+ now for about 6 weeks and I’m into this blast at 250mg twice weekly heading into week 4 now and I haven’t moved the scale at all. I’m not running an AI and I’m not even getting soft. Staying just as lean. There is zero question about my gear and I have the “on” feeling not to mention the back and shoulder acne is getting out of hand. Any suggestions? Here is the base I started the blast from post cut and my daily intake log.

Even though you are eating more, if you are eating crap or foods that don't have much nutritional value don't expect to scale to go up much.

You're better off eating less and 100% clean, even if the scale doesn't change as fast as you'd like.
 
Forgot to add that I posted awhile back regarding this topic and that nothing has changed in my diet except certain foods and more of them. Forgot that I had already posted progress pics.

Chicken breast, oats, yams, granola, eggs, nuts, and shakes have remained a staple daily. I have simply added the pint of ice creme. Still seems like I should have gained something by now. Hell even some water weight would be welcome.
 
dude you look great.. what is probably happening is you are building a little muscle and losing some fat. you are recomping

who cares if the scale moves or not. we care what the mirror says.. you want to weigh as low as possible and look the best you can whether you are a powerlifter or bodybuilder. so why you bitching?

I am happy with my progress. It’s my measurements that are getting me down. 15.5” arms and a 42” chest at 6’2 aren’t exactly optimal imo. Looking for those 17-18’s with 46-48” chest and some 26” quads. Ahhh but that’s a long way off.

More gear....srs not srs...buy kinda srs. I mean keeping your diet in check and slowly adding quality, keepable (spelling?) muscle is fckn difficult. I would make tiny increases to both gear and cals and see if you can pull off the holy grail: actually lean bulking.

So lift more and eat more. And it's all a lb at a time and a 1/4-inch at a time

dude this is psychological. don't listen to anyone who tells you that you don't look good.. i'm telling you that 99% of guys in your gym would kill for your body.

focus on being patient from here.. if you get greedy you can fuck up a damn nice physique
 
Thanks gents! I have an issue one day to the next mentally. Go from happy to disgusted. Not sure why but that’s how it is. I’m only heading into week 4 of this cycle so I’m sure it will kick soon enough. At least i Know I won’t get fat at 4K cals lol. I’ll make sure I update this thread with progress.
