Trenbolone Acetate N Sustanon 250

ive recently got sum sus 250 and sum tren. 10ml tren,5ml sus.
ive been told to have 1ml tren on monday and fri and 1ml sus on wednesday.
whats the benefits(if any) of stacking these 2?????
also,i have tamoxifen 20mg tablets,but how many do i take per day????
any advice will be much appreciated

I'm not an expert, but I've always read that Tren should be taken ED.

Is this your first cycle? It seems like you didn't do much research.

You will get very close to nothing with that. You should shoot Tren Ace ed or eod and it should be run for about 6 weeks. As for the Sustanon You don't have enough for anything good to happen, same with the Tren. Get 20ml Sustanon, and 30ml of Tren, run the sustanon 1cc twice a week for 10 weeks, run the Tren 1cc EOD for 60 days.
